Chapter 2

Chapter three of The Canterville Ghost.
This chapter (also including the previous) was very interesting, the appereance of the ghost was what made this chapter fun, creepy, and dark, I enjoyed the part were the Canterville Ghost shows up at Mr.Otis' door and just stands there, covered in rags, long gray hair, Honestly.. thats enough to creep me out.

But I love the way Mr.Otis deals with the situation, I found it to be quite interesting. When he handed the oil/lubricant to the ghost for his chains I cracked up laughing, but another thing that interested me was the fact that the ghost had feeling about it, for the first time in a book I saw the situation from the ghost's perspective, which I really liked.

  1. I also like that we see from the ghost's point of view. I also like Oscar Wilde's sense of humor and way with words.
